Description:

Sagittal cryosections of EGFP immunostaining of an adult Ple53-EGFP N2 male. EGFP positive cells are located in the rostral migratory stream (RMS) towards the olfactory bulb. Other regions of brain did not show obvious EGFP immunostaining.
