Beta-galctosidase activity resulting from EGFP/cre expression induced recombination
of the Rosa26 locus in Ple167 (POGZ-A) MiniPromoter throughout the brain of an adult
germline mouse. This figure shows a peppering of xGal-positive (blue) cells throughout
the brain a vast majority of which are co-stained for NeuN (a pan neuronal marker).
Cells are present in most brain regions including cortex (left), striatum, cerebellum
(middle), hippocampus (right), thalamus, midbrain, brainstem, and striatum (not
