Sagittal section of xGal reaction of adult N2 Ple79 MiniPromoter mouse. Serial cryosections (at 320µm intervals starting approximately 160µm from midline) were stained with xGal reaction. No xGal positive staining was observed in light microscopy across numerous brain regions and Retina. Section was counterstained with NeutroRed. No EGFP expression was detected above background using anti-GFP (rabbit polyclonal, invitrogen) immunohistochemistry (section not shown).
